Said rinser comprises an inlet (2) and an outlet (3), channels (5) which have a slot-shaped cross-section comprising an inlet slot (6) and an outlet slot (7). The projection of the outlet slot (7) of a channel (5) onto the inlet surface (6) is displaced in relation to the inlet slot (7) of the channel in order to provide a gas rinser (1) wherein the gas exits in such a way that the melt is thoroughly mixed and simple penetration of the melt by the gas is prevented.
