PURPOSE: A device for inputting a handwriting form using a scanner is provided to diversely use contents of the handwriting form by scanning/recognizing/digitalizing the freely drawn handwriting form, and conveniently design a layout of a hard copy by agreeing a soft copy with the hard copy in case needing the hard copy and the soft copy like a business web program. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises the scanner(10), a computer(20) recognizing contents by receiving an image from the scanner and storing a result, and a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)(30) or other computer using the result stored in the computer to layout design of a document. The scanner transmits the scanned image to the computer through the wired/wireless. Coordinates of each figure are extracted by recognizing the stored image through a pre-process and the result is stored to the computer. The computer enables a user to correct a part by displaying a recognition result on a screen. As the recognized/stored data is output to the screen by being read from a word processor of the PDA or the computer, the user makes a document based on the result.
