摘要 PURPOSE: A self-diagnosis method of a vehicle recharging and discharging system is provided to prevent damage due to over-voltage by controlling an electric load exceeding the power amount of an alternator at an idling state. CONSTITUTION: An ECU(30) determines a normal operation according to a generating state of an alternator(10) when a voltage of a battery(20) exceeds a generating reference voltage of the alternator. The ECU determines an abnormal state of the alternator and turns on a warning lamp(40) when the alternator is in the generating state. The ECU determines the abnormal state of the alternator and turns on the warning lamp when the voltage of the battery is less than the generating reference voltage of the alternator and the alternator is not in the generating state. The ECU determines the normal state of the alternator when the voltage of the battery is less than the generating reference voltage of the alternator and the alternator is in the generating state. The ECU turns on the warning lamp when the power amount of the alternator is less than the vehicle load.
