FIELD: railway transport; railway construction and repair. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed track machine designed for leveling of track contains frame, members for interaction of frame with rails installed in form and rear parts of frame for longitudinal displacement to rails, and instrument beam arranged in middle part of frame and equipped with members for interaction of frame with rails installed for movement across track. Frame is made in form of two inclined triangular-shape semiframes whose vertices are hinge-connected to each other and bases are hinge-connected with instrument beam by longitudinal and diagonal rods. Ends of instrument beam are hinge-connected with vertices of semiframes by vertical load-bearing members. Frame-to-rail interaction members are stationary secured on bases of semiframes. Box-section instrument beam is furnished with carriage with load-bearing member of adjustable length arranged inside instrument beam by means of which carriage is hinge-connected with end part of instrument beam and by diagonal rods is hinge-connected with sides of bases of semiframes from one side of rail track. Vertical load-bearing members are adjustable in length. Semiframes are arranged at angle to machine axis forming two trapezia connected to instrument beam by smaller bases. ^ EFFECT: increased speed and accuracy of track setting in horizontal and vertical planes. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
