<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform photographing together with another robot at the time of photographing a mobile robot. <P>SOLUTION: Robots 1a, 1b of a photographing side and photographed side detect persons with a image processing/audio processing sensor and come close to the persons. Personal data are registered in a management server, and a user transmits a photographing request signal from a portable terminal device 14 and collates the signal with the registered data to determine the propriety of photographing. If the photographing is permitted, the faces are extracted, framing of the persons and the robot 1b is decided, the framing is adjusted by the adjustment of the robot 1a, and speech to the persons and photographing is performed. Time and effort for minutely adjusting by a photographing requester while looking at a screen can be omitted, and photographing by the mobile robot can be easily performed together with the other robot.
