<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one-by-one reception of spouts from a line of the spouts carried on a rail, in a state of forming one line, successive feeding of the received spouts to two adjacent spout holding members of a W type spout sealing machine and also 90-degree shifting of the direction of the spouts between the occasion of reception and that of delivery. <P>SOLUTION: Two sets of spout retaining devices 43 and 44 are provided in a reciprocating swing arm 41 which swings in reciprocation, within a horizontal plane, at a swing angle of 90 degrees around a supporting pivot 45. Each of spout retaining members 56 and 57 of the spout retaining devices 43 and 44 receives the forefront spout S1 at a spout receiving position T at which the spout S1 is positioned, and it swings to a spout delivering position U and delivers it to the spout holding member 3 which stands by there.
