<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating a gas containing low-concentration volatile organic solvent by which a gas contained in a low-concentration volatile organic-solvent is used as a part of fuel for a gas-turbine engine to save fuel, and contributing so much to the energy-conservation. <P>SOLUTION: The treating apparatus A for a gas containing low-concentration volatile organic-solvent includes a concentrator 1, a cooling device 2, a gas-turbine engine 3, and a generator 4. In the concentrator 1, VOC is adsorbed from air (gas containing low-concentration VOC) and discharged (as gas containing concentrated VOC). By the cooling device 2, the gas containing the concentrated VOC discharged from the concentrator 1 is cooled. The gas-turbine engine 3 generates power by burning the mixture obtained by mixing the concentrated VOC-containing gas cooled by the cooling device 2 as intake gas containing oxygen for combustion.
