<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam piping device not involving such a risk that the steam inside the piping brings about a temperature fall nor a temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: The left piping 1 and right piping 2 are connected together by flange joints 6 and 7, and spaces 9 and 10 are formed air-tightly between the inner pipe 3 and the outer pipe 4 of the pipings 1 and 2 and put in mutual communication through a communication pipe 11. A steam ejector 5 is installed in the lower part of the space 10, and the suction part 15 of the ejector 5 is connected with the space 10 through a connection pipe 13 and connected with the inner pipe 3 through a steam inlet pipe 17. The spaces 9 and 10 are kept in a specified vacuum condition by the ejector 5, which allows preventing the steam flowing down in the inside 8 of the inner pipe 3 from getting rid of its heat and also the steam from absorbing the heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
