<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond a metallic frame part and a metallic shell body forming an outer shell body. <P>SOLUTION: A crown part divided member 10 consists of: a metallic edge frame 11; a metallic shell body 12 provided on the inner side of the edge frame 11; and a resin bonding part 14 which is interposed between the inner edge 15 of the edge frame 11 and the outer edge 21 of the shell body 12 and where the inner edge 15 and the outer edge 21 are superposed and cast-coated. At the inner edge 15 of the edge frame 11, a first through hole 19 is formed. At the outer edge 21 of the shell body 12, a second through hole 19a is formed. Since the superposed part of the inner edge 15 and the outer edge 21 are cast-coated with the resin bonding part 14, the edge frame 11 and the shell body 12 consisting of different kinds of metal are bonded tightly by cast-coating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
