<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for erroneous operation prevention of an electric control pedal of a vehicle capable of preventing the pedal from being electrically controlled by the failure of a driver during the operation of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This electric control pedal device of the vehicle changing the position of the pedal according to the switch operation of the driver comprises a transmission gear sensing part sensing the transmission gear of a transmission, a parking brake sensing part sensing the locking state of a parking brake, a control part substituting a pre-set map table with input parameters and, based on the results, outputting control signals permitting or prohibiting the electric control of a pedal position, and a switching part cutting off or applying a working power supply applied to an electric actuator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
