PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material having gas barrier properties constituted so that a printing ink layer excellent in printability such as the adhesion of ink, tone reproducibility and the like can be formed and the printing ink layer and a gas barrier coating layer can be laminated on a printing press simultaneously (in-line) and capable of certainly achieving cost reduction as compared with a case using an existing barrier film. SOLUTION: This laminated material having gas barrier properties is constituted by successively laminating at least the printing ink layer, the gas barrier coating layer, which is formed by coating the printing ink layer with a gas barrier composition based on a polymer resin and an inorganic laminar compound, and a sealant film layer having heat sealability.
