PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement core for preventing the front sagging of the shoe which does not cause front sagging deformation during manufacturing the shoe, and to provide an insole and a shoe. SOLUTION: This reinforcement core 11 is stuck onto a rear side of the stepping part 5A of the insole 5 for preventing the front sagging of the shoe. The core 11 is formed o a tongue or oval shape in a view of a plane, and is formed to be made thinner gradually toward outside from inside on the whole periphery of its outer periphery part.
