PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the request of a call to a telephone set near a user who is requested to perform the call. SOLUTION: A call control system 10 controlling the telephone call includes an identification information acquiring part 230 for acquiring user identification information to identify the user 20 utilizing the telephone set 200 from a radio identification tag 100 carried by the user 20; and a call control part 320 for specifying the telephone set 200 on the basis of the identification information acquiring part 230, by which identification information of the user 20 is acquired, when the call to the user 20 is requested, and reporting a call request to the specified telephone set 200.
