PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble fullerene composition as a component mixed into a cosmetic, capable of making the fullerene develop active oxygen eliminating ability, etc., in the cosmetic. SOLUTION: This solubilized fullerene composition is used for being mixed into the cosmetic, wherein the fullerene composition contains the fullerene together with a water solubilizing agent for the fullerene.
