PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage documents in a situation where many users use the documents and many documents are added/deleted. SOLUTION: A document DB 1 is a database for storing documents acquired by a document management part 5, and a vocabulary DB 2 is a database for storing many words. The document DB 1 includes a document table, a document detail table, a category table, a category detail table and a category synonym table. Document management generates a new category on the basis of the number of documents having the same feature word, and decides whether or not to delete a document on the basis of dynamically variable importance.
