PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional drawing device capable of drawing a background image at high speed, and reducing a screen update time. SOLUTION: A VRAM 4 is provided with a front frame buffer 41 and a rear frame buffer 42 alternately changed for display and for drawing and used, and a texture buffer 43 holding a texture. A GPU 5 bitmap-transfers the texture to the rear frame buffer 42 from the texture buffer 43 to write the background image when receiving a bitmap transfer instruction for the texture from a CPU 1, and sticks the texture to sight face of an object three-dimensionally drawn to the rear frame buffer 42 by texture mapping when receiving an instruction for the texture mapping from the CPU 1.
