PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burglar, sexual harassment, murder, etc. by arranging pipes inside a paned window to be like a blind each of which pipes are locked to prevent the burglar from breaking the paned window. SOLUTION: The pipes made of a stainless and a titanium steel material are hung inside a sash window at intervals of 5 to 7 cm to be like the blind. The intervals of 5 to 7 cm do not impart much uncomfortable feeling when seen from the interior, and make it difficult for an intruder to enter.
