PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a short attack time and a short release time without using an RC filter having a time constant. SOLUTION: Each diode 51 and 52 rectifies an AC signal on the output stage of an amplifier 30 with a double voltage, and a smoothing capacitor 53 smoothes the signals rectified by the diodes 51, 52. When a DC voltage smoothed by the smoothing capacitor exceeds a predetermined level, a transistor 41 of an attenuation circuit 40 is turned on and pulls in an input signal of the amplifier to attenuate a level of an output signal of the amplifier.
