摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tantalum or niobium anode wire wherein high temperature embrittlement is reduced, contact area with an anode object can be enlarged, and insertion property to powder at the time of forming and sintering property with the powder are improved unexpectedly, so that original property of a wire can be sufficiently shown since stable fixing to the anode object is enabled. SOLUTION: The tape-shaped anode wire for an electrolytic capacitor is obtained by using tantalum material or niobium material which contains 0.01-3 ppm of rare earth element. For example, tantalum powder or niobium powder which contains 0.5-3 wt% of rare earth element is dissolved, ingot containing 0.01-3 ppm of rare earth element is obtained, forging and rolling are performed, and slitting or trench roll work is performed. As a result, the tape-shaped wire which is composed of tantalum material or niobium material which contains 0.01-3 ppm of rare earth element is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
