PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten retrieving processing time by controlling an increase of a circuit area of a dynamic associative device. SOLUTION: A dynamic associative storage cell is provided with a pair of DRAM cells consisting of a pair of storage capacitors C1, C2 and a pair of transistors Q1, Q2, an XNOR transfer gate consisting of a pair of ground transistors Q3, Q4 and a pair of retrieval transistors Q5, Q6, a pair of transistors Q7, Q8, a DRAM cell consisting of a mask storage capacitor C3 and a transistor Q9, and a mask transistor Q10.
