PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably projects a pointer onto a specific position on a projection image thrown on a screen. SOLUTION: A projector 20, an example of a projection device, includes: an image projecting part 22 which projects images onto the screen 50; a position specifying part 252 which specifies a specific position on the specific screen 50 from outside; and a pointer projecting part 24 which projects a pointer, imaged by a laser beam, onto the specific position on the screen 50, which is specified by the position specifying part 252. The projector 20 is remotely controlled by radio communication.
