PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-barrel driving mechanism which is easily miniaturized. SOLUTION: A second lens frame 3 is provided with a shutter unit 8 movable in an optical axis direction. A first lens frame 2 presses the shutter unit 8 along with a letting-in operation, as a result, the shutter unit 8 moves to a rear side with respect to the second lens frame 3 and a second lens group 31 is arranged into exposure apertures 81a and 82a with opened shutter blades 83.
