摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of predicting solidification crack sensitivity, without performing direct evaluation, such as physical measurement of a product. SOLUTION: In this method for predicting the solidification crack sensitivity of alloys, by plurally dividing a solidification observation region and assuming solidification of divisions one by one, a component composition C<SP>L</SP><SB>n</SB>of the liquid phase in the final division is specified, by repeating following processes (1)-(4): (1) a process for calculating a liquid phase line temperature and a solid-liquid distribution coefficient from a liquid composition; (2) a process for calculating a component composition C<SP>S</SP><SB>i</SB>of a solid phase i produced in a cooling process and the component composition C<SP>L</SP><SB>i+1</SB>of a liquid phase i+1 adjacent to the solid phase i, based on a solid-liquid distribution coefficient k<SB>i</SB>determined from the chemical composition of a residual molten liquid; (3) a process for calculating the solidification temperature T<SP>S</SP><SB>i+1</SB>of the liquid phase i+1, from the component composition of the liquid phase i+1 acquired in the process (2); and (4) a process for performing calculation in the processes (2), (3) relative to a solid phase i+1 and the liquid phase i+2 which are newly generated, when the assumed alloy temperature becomes lower than the solidification temperature T<SP>S</SP><SB>i+1</SB>.
