PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment fixing device whose constitution can be simplified compared with a conventional device and which can maintain a desired bias force even if the frequency in use is increased. SOLUTION: The position adjustment fixing device 1 is provided with an internal cylinder member 10, an external cylinder member 20, first/second elastic members 30, 40, and an interval cylinder member 50. The external cylinder member 20 is relatively movable to the internal cylinder member 10. The first elastic member 30 is made of an elastically deformable substance so that the outer peripheral face comes into contact with the inner peripheral face of the internal cylinder member 10 or is separated from the inner peripheral face of the internal cylinder member 10. The second elastic member 30 is fixed to the external cylinder member 20 and made of an elastically deformable substance. The interval cylinder member 50 is arranged so as to regulate the interval between the first/second elastic members 30, 40. The fixing device is so constituted that the outer peripheral face of the first elastic member 30 is separated from the inner peripheral face of the internal cylinder member 10 by pressing the second elastic member 40, and the second elastic member 40 is elastically deformed by the elastic deformation of the first elastic member 30.
