PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete prefabricated frame structure having an excellent workability and a superior strength at the connecting place of a side-wall member and a top-slab section. SOLUTION: The side-wall members 2 integrally have self-supporting leg sections 12. The top-slab section 3 is formed by stretching the top-slab section 3 over a form member 4 between the upper sections of the side-wall members 2 and 2 and placing concrete to the form member 4. Since the side-wall members 2 have the leg sections 12, the members 2 are stabilized only by an installation, the members 2 and 2 are arranged on both sides in the cross direction, the form member 4 is stretched between the upper sections of these side-wall members 2 and 2, concrete is placed on the form member 4 and the member 4 can be used as forms and a scaffold.
