PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve freedom of layout of a resonator and an exhaust gas system device including the resonator. SOLUTION: This draining structure has a bilge pump to drain water in a hull 14, flows cooling water in an exhaust gas pipe of an engine 20 and has the resonator 70 in its exhaust gas system. The resonator 70 and the bilge pump are connected to each other by bilge pipes 37, 37. The bilge pump is constituted of a jet propulsion pump driven by the engine 20. Water to stay in the resonator 70 is drained by the bilge pump even when the resonator 70 is arranged below the water line WL, and it is possible to arrange the resonator below the water line WL without spoiling a function of the resonator.
