PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stably perform deburring for a resin pulley 1 without damaging the outer surface thereof. SOLUTION: The resin pulley 1 is rotated round the axis by a work rotating device 2, and a wire rope 4 stretched between two points of a deburring tool 3 is pressed to the rotating resin pulley 1 and moved along the outer periphery of the resin pulley 1, thereby removing burr 5 projected and generated on the outer surface of the resin pulley 1. Thus, the projecting and recessed parts of the surface of the wire rope 4 can be used as a filing effect, and the wire rope 4 is bent to be well laid along the outer periphery of the resin pulley 1, whereby the burr 5 can be removed efficiently and stably without damaging the outer surface of the resin pulley 1 to facilitate management.
