PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily and smoothly performing incineration ash pushing-out operation. SOLUTION: An incineration ash storage part 32 is arranged for receiving incineration ash dropped and supplied from an incineration input part. An incineration ash discharge part 33 is arranged in the incineration ash storage part 32. The incineration ash storage part 32 is provided with an incineration ash pushing-out device 20 for storing water for water-sealing a part between the incineration ash input part and the incineration ash discharge part 33 for freely cooling the incineration ash, and pushing out the incineration ash in the incineration ash storage part 32 to the incineration ash discharge part 33. A partition wall 12 is arranged for partitioning the inside of the incineration ash storage part 32 into a plurality of pushing-out grooves 11; pushing-out plates 21 for pushing out the incineration ash, are respectively arranged inside the pushing-out grooves 11; and a driving mechanism 24 is arranged for protruding and retreating the respective pushing-out plates in the direction of the incineration ash discharge part 33, to constitute the incineration ash pushing-out device 20.
