<p>A wristwatch, amulet or similar case is provided with a component with a programming keyboard, display and transmitter, for sending SMS messages. A component is provided for providing an Internet connection. A locatable transmitter e.g. with integrated quartz oscillator is also provided. The apparatus is coupled to a global positioning system. A microphone is coupled to a sound recording device with a storage medium. A triggering mechanism is also provided.
