PURPOSE: An ice vending machine is provided to facilitate an ice cooling process by using an ice making tray, an ice moving plate, and an ice making hopper in a heat-insulated ice making chamber. CONSTITUTION: An ice making chamber(10a) is formed in a casing(10) to be surrounded by a heat-insulator. An ice making tray is movably implemented between an ice making position and an ice moving position in the ice making chamber. The ice making tray includes a plurality of ice cubes. An ice making hopper has a width which gets smaller to the bottom thereof, and temporarily stores the ice made at the ice making tray. A cup to hold the ice is mounted on a dispenser(40). A water supply(50) includes a water tank(51), a water supply hose(53), and a water supply pump(52). The water supply hose is extended from the water tank to the ice making tray. A microcomputer controls overall components. |
