PURPOSE: A method for treatment of osteoporosis using fusion pyrazolyl compound is provided, which fusion pyrazolyl compound regulates bone remodeling by enhancement of bone growth and inhibition of bone resorption. CONSTITUTION: The method for enhancement of bone growth and inhibition of bone resorption comprises administering an effective amount of the fusion pyrazolyl compound represented by formula into an object, wherein A is H, R or (CH2)n-Ar3-R5R6; Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are independently phenyl, thienyl, furyl or pyrrolyl; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are independently H, nitro, halogen, R, OH, OR, C(O)OH, C(O)OR, C(O)SH, C(O)SR, C(O)NH2, C(O)NHR, C(O)NRR', ROH, ROR', RSH, RSR', RO(CO)R'OH, NHR, NRR', RNHR' or RNR'R", or R1 and R2 together, R3 and R4 together, or R5 and R6 together are ORO; R, R' and R" are independently C1-C6 alkyl; and n is 1, 2 or 3.
