PURPOSE: A charger of a mobile terminal having a burglar sensing or/and paging function and its method are provided to quickly inform a manager of a store if a charger of the store is stolen. CONSTITUTION: It is checked whether a mobile terminal is connected(700). A power state of the mobile terminal is detected(701). Power applied from a power supply unit is converted into power suitable for the mobile terminal(702). The converted power is supplied to the mobile terminal(703). The charged state of the mobile terminal is displayed on a light emitting unit(704).
