PURPOSE: An angle adjusting device of a handle for a walking stick is provided to allow everyone to adjust the handle to a desired angle for use and avoid the angle of the handle from being changed thanks to robustness. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a rotating body(111) with an outer irregular portion(112) and a guide groove(114) which is fixed by inserting an insert body(115) into an insert hole(103) formed on the top part of an operation hole(102) of a handle(101); a hinge shaft(121) with a through hole(122) and a mounting groove(123) which is coupled into an assembly hole(113) of the rotating body(111); a stationary body(131) which has an inner irregular portion(132) so as to engage with the outer irregular portion(112) of the rotating body(111) and a supporting body(134) on the bottom part; a stationary member(141) which has a recess(142) on the top part for receiving the supporting body(134) of the stationary body(131); a unit for preventing removal of the supporting body; a bolt(104) which is secured by a nut(105) and connects the stationary member(141) and the stationary body(131) and the hinge shaft(121) and the rotating body(111) in a straight line.
