PURPOSE: To provide a temperature regulation device of agitation tank for leftover food disposer, the device capable of improving activity of microorganisms for degradation of leftover food by uniformly distributing the heat quantity into an inner part of the agitation tank. CONSTITUTION: In a leftover food disposer for agitating and degrading leftover food injected into an agitation tank(120) installed in a body of the leftover food disposer, a temperature regulation device(600) of the agitation tank for the leftover food disposer comprises: a hot water tank(610) which is mounted on one side of the agitation tank, and in which hot water is stored to transfer the heat quantity to the agitation tank; and a heater(620) installed on an inner part of the hot water tank to heat hot water to a set temperature, wherein a drain hole(611) for draining hot water is formed at one side of the hot water tank, and a drain valve(612) for regulating discharge of hot water is installed at the drain hole, wherein a vent hole(613) for venting steam is formed on an upper part of the hot water tank, and wherein a temperature sensor(614) is installed at one side of the hot water tank to transmit the measured temperature values to a control part by measuring temperature values of hot water stored in the hot water tank.
