<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semitransmissive reflective substrate which is improved in adhesive strength between a semitransmissive relfective layer made of a material including silver and a substrate and has superior display quality and its manufacturing method, and an electrooptical device and electronic equipment using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The semitransmissive reflective substrate 20 has a semitransmissive reflective layer 30 having a transmission part 31a and a reflection part 31b on a 1st substrate 21 and a in-panel-seal lead-out wire 127. The semitransmissive reflecting layer 30 and lead-out wire 127 corresponding to the reflection part 31b have a laminated structure of a ground layer 29 made of at least one kind of material selected between TiO<SB>2</SB>and Ta<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, 1st Ag alloy layers 30a and 127a arranged on the ground layer 29, and 2nd Ag alloy layers 30b and 127b arranged on the 1st Ag alloy layers 30b and 127b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
