<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating nickel hydroxide from nickel hydroxide-containing slurry using a filter press where the clogging of the filter press face is hard to occur. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the method for separating nickel hydroxide from nickel hydroxide-containing slurry, in the treatment process for nickel hydroxide-containing slurry, at the time of separating nickel hydroxide from the slurry with a filter press, solid-liquid separation for ammonium metavanadate-containing slurry exhausted from the same or other process is preceded to form a cake layer of ammonium metavanadate on the filter press face, and thereafter, solid-liquid separation for the nickel oxide-containing slurry is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
