<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing ozone water, in which ozone content is stable, by enhancing the dehumidification cooling efficiency at a cooling unit controlling the temperature of raw material air to be suitable beforehand and by generating a specified quantity of ozone from an ozone generator without the influences of environment, a change in temperature and humidity based on seasons and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The raw material air is dehumidified and cooled at the cooling unit 3 and introduced to the ozone generator 5 and then ozone is generated. The ozone water is prepared by mixing ozone with raw material water at an ozone charging part 9.
