PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsulated composition which improves defects comprising the low dispersibility of a microcapsulated preparation dilution solution and the floating separation of microcapsule particles, has excellent operability, and is stable with the passage of time. SOLUTION: This microcapsulated composition having an average particle diameter of≥5μm is characterized by encapsulating an oil-soluble physiologically active substance or a solvent-containing oil-soluble physiologically active substance and oil-absorbing solid particles having a smaller average-particle diameter than the average particle diameter of the microcapsule.
