PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page browsing device allowing browsing of a Web page with the same operability during both of the online time and the off-line time for easy reading operation of the latest data. SOLUTION: This Web page browsing device is provided with an image information storage part (17) storing Web page image information browsed online, a display page selection part (13) selecting a page of a Web page image required for view by a viewer, and a comparison part (12) displaying the image information in the image information storage part (17) when the image information matching the selected page is stored in the image information storage part 17. In the image information storage part (17), the image information for respective Web pages and data about updating date on the Web page of the image information on the corresponding page are stored in association with each other. The comparison part (12) reads the latest image information corresponding to the page from the Web server (2) to update the image information of the corresponding page in the image information storage part (17) when the image information corresponding to the selected page in the Web server is the latest one browsing online the Web page.
