PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information signal recording method by which correlativity between adjacent tracks can be eliminated by using overlappedly part of a scramble signal. SOLUTION: In an information signal recording method scrambling an information signal by the scramble signal S2 when the information signal S3 is recorded on an information recording medium 5 having an information track of a circular type, part of the scramble signal is overlappedly used.
