PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic having excellent spread, feeling of smoothness and a soft touch in application to wet hair, providing the hair with a smooth feel without creaky feeling in rinsing and the hair after drying with a smooth feel, moist feeling and proper setting properties without greasiness. SOLUTION: The aqueous hair cosmetic comprises (A) a dimethylpolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) (a is a number-average polymerization degree of 1,000-3,800; b is a number-average polymerization degree of 10-800; c is a number-average polymerization degree of 3-7), (B) a dimethylpolysiloxane represented by general formula (2) and (C) a cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane represented by general formula (3) at a ratio of [(B)+(C)]/(A)≥1.
