PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which ensures good dispersibility of a release agent and a crystalline binder resin constituting the toner, and has good chargeability and fixability. SOLUTION: In the toner used for forming an image by developing an electrostatic latent image formed on an electrostatic latent image carrier, a binder resin comprises a crystalline polyester and an amorphous polyester, the crystalline polyester is a block polyester having a higher softening point that the amorphous polyester obtained by copolymerizing amorphous blocks constituting the amorphous polyester and a crystalline block component, and the amorphous polyester comprises a plurality of amorphous polyesters different from each other in melt viscosity.
