PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an igniter for preventing an accident by ignition of fireworks from a separated place, safely playable without suffering a burn by a fire, and easily installable on the whole fireworks equipped with a fuse. SOLUTION: The fuse is fixed to a nipping tool base body 5 having an ignition heater, a heating wire is ignited by contact, and a bend of the heating wire thereby is returned, to thereby solve the problem of causing a danger such as a burn when handling the fire, for quickly separating from the fireworks such as mainly a rocket and a cracker after igniting the fuse in conventional firework ignition.
