PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating patients suffered from schizophrenia who developed recognition dysfunction and/or negative symptoms that cannot be substantially ameliorated by pharmacotherapies using typical or atypical antipsychotics. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a dopamine DI receptor agonist. This pharmaceutical composition is characterized by being administered in combination with an antipsychotic.
