PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plywood discharging no harmful substance, its manufacturing method and a harmful substance removing method of wood. SOLUTION: The plywood 10 is constituted by mutually bonding a plurality of sheetlike woods or a plurality of longitudinally long woods by an adhesive and impregnated with a grafted deodorizer/harmful substance removing agent 32. The grafted deodorizer/harmful substance removing agent can be applied to the surface of the plywood by a sprayer or the like and the coated plywood is subsequently passed through a drying process.
