PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically clean inside of an oil water separating system without disassembling a vacuum chamber, and to maintain a function and performance of high reliability over a long period of time. SOLUTION: In this oil water separating system, an oil water mixture is introduced into the vacuum chamber, the introduced oil water mixture is heated while evacuating the vacuum chamber, to separate oil from water by boiling the mixture in an evacuation state. A nozzle with a discharge port set inward is provided to the side wall of the vacuum chamber for discharging fluid in the tangential direction.
