PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying balloon whistling in a high-pitched tone, flying and solving a sanitary problem. SOLUTION: The flying balloon (1) has a mouth part (2a) of an approximately-long balloon body (2) fit from the side of an upper wall (3a) in an outside fitting state onto a peripheral side wall (3c) of an approximately-cylindrical hollow member (3) provided with main opening parts (5A) and (5B) provided on the upper wall (3a) and a lower wall (3b) respectively. An approximately-circular check valve member (7) is press-fit onto a side wall (3d) of the upper wall (3a) of the hollow member (3) and a check valve (7a) is mounted on the main opening part (5A). A hollow, air supplying pipe (6) penetrates, pushing away the check valve (7a), through the main opening parts (5A) and (5B) and is detachably fitted into the hollow member (3) to supply air into the balloon body (2).
