The attribute information providing server (10) registers only several pieces of attribute information, extracted from the database via the user device (30), as a virtual record in the database and, at the same time, provides the user device (30) with a virtual ID for use as the key of this virtual record. The attribute information receiving device (50) obtains the virtual ID from the user device (30) and reads the virtual record from the attribute information providing server (10) based on the virtual ID.
