<p>Quality can be assured even when a motor is downsized and used at higher voltage by introducing an interphase insulation test after the steps of providing multiple phase coils in a core and an interphase insulator between individual phase coils. A method of producing a motor comprising the first step group of providing multiple phase coils in a core and an interphase insulation sheet between individual phase coils, and the second step group of sequentially carrying out the finish-forming step of forming a coil end to a specified size, the power line caulking step of individually caulking one end of each phase coil by a terminal to form a power line, the lacing step of tying a coil end with a yarn, the interphase insulation testing step of inspecting insulation between individual phase coils, the neutral line caulking step of integrally caulking the other end of each phase coil by a terminal to form a neutral line, the general insulation testing step of inspecting insulation between a core and each phase coil, and the coil fixing step of filling gaps between individual phase coils with a filler to fix the individual phase coils.</p> |
