PURPOSE: A method of making ginseng steak by marinating beef in ginseng-fermented vegetable oil, mixing with vegetables and spices and roasting in an oven after slightly applying ginseng-fermented vegetable oil thereon is provided. The product is eliminated in the odor of meat and has the improved meat tenderness as well as medicinal efficacy of ginseng. CONSTITUTION: Beef is marinated in ginseng-fermented vegetable oil for 15min or more, mixed with vegetables and spices and roasted in an oven at 200deg.C for 7 to 8min after slightly applying ginseng-fermented vegetable oil thereon. The vegetables and spices contain ginseng-fermented vegetable oil, wheat flour, bread crumbs, chopped Agaricus bisporus, chopped onion, chopped garlic, black pepper powder and sliced potatoes.
